The Sample Rewards Program offers complimentary product samples based on total annual sales. The program features four tiers, evaluated each calendar year according to sales performance.

Enjoy the convenience of having your own 18" samples on hand—free and easy to order. Perfect for project coordination, mood boards, and client presentations, these samples support every stage of the creative process.

Free samples may be ordered all at once or throughout the year. Unused samples do not carry over to the following year, and tier levels are reviewed annually based on sales totals.

Review the list of in-stock samples on Surya’s website.

Create your list of selected samples by downloading our “Create Your List” spreadsheet or by creating a new project through your online account.

Share your list with your sales representative. They will check availability and provide any applicable suggestions.

Once your order is placed, you can expect to receive your samples in approximately 2 to 3 weeks.
Please note all sample orders are subject to freight charges. Free samples ordered as a part of the sample rewards program cannot be on back order. ​

See different rug samples at trade shows before ordering so you can be confident you are happy with your selection. While we can suggest popular collections, you know your store, design projects, and clientele best and can choose samples that resonate with your audience and support strong sales.

What we do not recommend:
Do not choose clearance samples, as they will be discontinued and limit the longevity of your collection. There’s no need to order everything at once; add fresh designs throughout the year as new styles are released to keep your selection current and inspiring. Avoid choosing rugs based solely on trends without considering what will perform well in your store or projects.
